1. Who we are

This website is owned and operated by SAMARJITH P, a Sole Proprietorship trading as Brave Mom Naturals, with its place of business at 2/168, MSB Garden, Vellaripatti, Melur (TK), Madurai (DT), Madurai, Tamil Nadu, 625122, India. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Brave Mom Naturals, and "you" refers to the person using this website or placing an order.

2. Eligibility to purchase

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who is then responsible for the order.

3. Our products

We sell handmade natural and herbal personal care products, and we also offer online courses and live classes. Because our products are made by hand in small batches, small variations in colour, texture and fragrance are normal and are not defects.

We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but the colour you see depends on your screen. Product images are indicative.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on our prices.
• Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Policy.
• Payments are processed by our payment gateway, a PCI DSS compliant provider. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your full card details.
• Payment is collected online at checkout through our payment partners. Cash on Delivery is offered to returning customers (after 3 completed orders or ₹3,000 of shopping) on orders up to ₹5000 within India.

We try hard to keep prices accurate. If an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will always tell you before doing so.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email or message is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. The contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, if payment is not authorised, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines, charges and areas we serve are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, as courier networks are outside our control.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

These are covered in full in our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: you may cancel before the order is dispatched, and you may claim a replacement or refund for damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 7 days of delivery.

8. Online courses and digital content

• Course access is personal to you and non-transferable. Do not share your login, record lessons, or redistribute any material.
• All course videos, workbooks, recipes and formulations remain our intellectual property. You receive a limited licence to view them for your own learning.
• Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, course purchases are generally non-refundable once you have accessed the material. Refunds for genuine technical faults are covered in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• Certificates we issue recognise course completion. They are not government or statutory qualifications.

9. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access. Please give accurate information: we deliver to the address you provide, and we cannot recover a parcel sent to a wrong address you entered.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Copy, scrape, resell or republish our content, images, recipes or course material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or payment flows.
• Upload anything harmful, abusive, defamatory or infringing.
• Interfere with the normal working of the site or place fraudulent orders.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Brave Mom Naturals name and logo, text, images, product formulations, course material and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trade mark law. Nothing on this site transfers any ownership to you.

12. Reviews and content you submit

When you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own honest experience and you grant us a free, worldwide licence to display and share it in connection with our business. We may remove content that is false, abusive, promotional or infringing.

13. Limitation of liability

We take real care with everything we make and sell. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, courier disruption, epidemics, government action, or failures of internet or payment infrastructure.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business grows or the law changes. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Before going to court, please write to us — almost everything can be sorted out kindly and quickly.
