1. Who is responsible for your data

- Account details — your name, phone number and email address when you register.
- Delivery details — the shipping address, city, state, pincode and country you enter at checkout.
- Order details — the items you buy, order value, and order history.
- Communications — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or contact form, and reviews you post.
- Course activity — lessons completed, quiz results and certificates earned, if you take our courses.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Pages you visit, products you view, and how you arrived at our site.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 7.
3. Why we use your information
- To process your order, take payment, and deliver your parcel.
- To send order confirmations, dispatch notices and tracking updates.
- To provide access to courses you have purchased and issue certificates.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To handle returns, replacements and refunds.
- To detect and prevent fraud, misuse and payment abuse.
- To improve our products, website and service.
- To send offers and updates, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers who make your order possible, and only as much as they need:
- Our payment gateway — to process payments and refunds securely. It is a PCI DSS compliant provider regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.
- Courier partners (India Post, Delhivery and other reputed couriers) — to deliver your parcel. They receive your name, address and phone number.
- Google Firebase — our hosting, database and authentication provider, which stores your account and order records securely.
- Email and messaging providers — to send transactional messages such as order confirmations.
- Analytics providers — to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.
5. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on Google Cloud servers, primarily in the Mumbai (asia-south1) region. Some of our service providers may process data outside India. Where that happens, we rely on providers who apply appropriate safeguards and contractual protections.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records — at least 8 years, as required by Indian tax law.
- Account details — while your account is active, and for a reasonable period after.
- Course enrolments and certificates — retained so your certificate stays verifiable.
- Marketing contact details — until you unsubscribe.
- Support messages — usually up to 3 years.
7. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar storage:
- Essential — to keep you signed in and to remember your shopping bag. The site cannot work without these.
- Analytics — to count visits and understand which pages are useful.
- Preference — to remember choices such as your language or wishlist.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, checkout and sign-in will not work.
8. Your rights

9. Keeping your data safe
- The entire site is served over encrypted HTTPS.
- Payment data goes directly to our payment gateway and never touches our servers.
- Database access is restricted by security rules and admin-only authentication.
- Our admin panel is protected by OTP-based sign-in.
- Only people who need access to fulfil your order have it.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your data, we will inform you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
10. Children
Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, write to us and we will delete it.
11. Other websites
Our pages may link to other sites, such as Instagram or YouTube. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies before sharing information with them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
